On May 15th at 6pm, we're hosting our first herb talk with local herbalist Jay Schwartz from Plant Healing Woman. Jay is an herbalist, forager, menstrual cycle educator, and doula. Jay will share  about stinging nettle, urtica spp., including her relationship with the plant and how she uses the plant in her practice and medicine. Nettle is found throughout central and western Colorado and is highly valued for its nutritional content and medicinal value. 

This event is open to all. We encourage a donation between $5-15, all of which will go to our speaker as a thanks for sharing their time and knowledge.
