Mindfulness Through Tea

On May 28th at 5:30pm Caitlin Rose-Kenney will lead a mindfulness practice using the taste and smell of tea. Caitlin's practice focuses on helping people to develop a healthy relationship with their body, mind and spirit through Yoga and mindfulness practices infused with ecological conversations, the dance between yin and yang, and nature's seasonal wisdom. 

This event is open to all. We encourage a donation between $5-15, all of which will go to our speaker as a thanks for sharing their time and knowledge.
