Join us for a tea gathering to celebrate Chinese New Year! We'll explore some of China's most renowned teas—from the ancient old-growth tea forests of Yunnan to the high cliffs of the famed Wuyi Mountains—as we welcome the Year of the Fire Horse. We'll learn about each tea's unique characteristics and processing methods while sampling them together using traditional GongFu Cha brewing techniques. This tasting is curated by Shawn Sprinkle of Woven Roots Teacrafts, who has spent years studying GongFu Cha and sourcing the teas he imports and sells.
