Passionflower: Medicinal Uses, Energetics, & History

Herbalist Sarah Slater will share the medicinal uses, energetics & history of Passionflower. This exotic looking flowering vine is actually native to the southeastern United States, and was used by Native Americans. Known for it's calming effect, Passionflower is a wonderful plant ally in times of stress and overwhelm. We will sample a Passionflower tea and tincture in class together.
