Pu'er Through the Ages

Since the days of the ancient Silk Road, Pu’er has been treasured for its depth of flavor, meditative qualities, and time-honored craft. In this guided tasting, we’ll journey through the decades with three Sheng (Raw) Pu’ers at different stages of aging, alongside a rich, earthy Shou (Ripe) Pu’er. Together we’ll explore how time and fermentation transform this remarkable tea — from its vibrant youth to its mellow, grounding maturity.

This interactive session led by Shawn Sprinkle, owner of Woven Roots Teacrafts, blends tasting and learning, offering insight into the history, processing, and artistry behind Pu’er while inviting you to experience its evolution cup by cup.
