In this guided tasting, we’ll journey through the decades with three Sheng (Raw) Pu’ers at different stages of aging, alongside a rich, earthy Shou (Ripe) Pu’er. Together we’ll explore how time and fermentation transform this remarkable tea — from its vibrant youth to its mellow, grounding maturity.
